Tropical kisses, St Thomas? Fraud? - 04/22/2015 10:51 PM

Returned from a wonderful trip sailing on the 23rd of March, had a charge come across my bank today from Tropical Kisses? In St. Thomas, anyone ever have this? Another one from the time in the islands was whistling point, St Thomas? I'm wondering if that was the wonky dog?

Whistling Pines sounds familiar - like a place on Anegada? I thought the owner Barry came by our boat last month to collect mooring fees and chatted about his restaurant. Could be totally wrong tho ....

Tepe .... from Cincy... why is that sounding familiar to me? We recently moved from Cincy....

Cottage Girl...My brothers own Tepe Services, a landscape company. ..I own a construction company called Tepe Construction, maybe that's it?

Warren, our night at the wonky dog was pretty epic! Lots of experimental drinks were brought to our table, we really had a blast, she told us she was using cc machine next door, maybe that's it? We haven't celebrated any b days since my brother Gregg had his 50th.. my brother Mike turns 50 this year...mmaybe we will do his down there...dI'd we meet a few January's ago during? We really had fun that trip!

Wonky dog is next to whistling pine and uses their cc machine. We met at the 50th birthday celebration at anegada. We had dinner on the beach. Whistling pine maybe. I think someone's chair broke. You guys had a 38' cat with wind generators I think. That might have been dec 2012 or jam 2013. One of you guys came to our table and told us about speed snorkelling. I said it sounds more like deep sea fishing and your the bait. It was a fun evening.

Hmm.... Probably saw the business names in Cincy. Did you go to high school in Cincy? Indian Hill maybe? (Totally off topic)

Warren, I remember you now! Lol that really was a great night!
Sleepychef, no worries, the confusion was that it said whistling point, St Thomas... You and your wife were wonderful hosts, the food was ridiculously delicious! Can't wait to get back!

I just had a really weird charge show up on my Capitol One card from Tortola..looked like an Asian name..claimed a conversion charge and the total was $116...I used my card the night before at a top restaurant and then headed to VG via cab to Trellis the next day (cash) and then jumped on the boat with Chris Curran to Leverick..so I know this was not a genuine charge..had to cut up that card and awaiting a new one while C One fraud looks into it..check those charges folks!!

Tepe--do you not keep your credit card receipts? If so, you should be able to find a receipt for the amount in question--or not, if it's a fraudulent charge.
