Anyone know a boat charter out of BVI or USVI that does clothing optional trips?
Head out to the backside of the Drake Channel and have at it.
Other than that, inhabited BVI Islands generally frown on it. Pretty high on the bible side of the shop.
You would have better luck with the frenchie islands.
