I mainly see people using Riteway for provision deliveries....does anyone have any comments or experience with One Mart and delivery? Mainly water, pop, mixers

I use Bobby's. Have for years. Rarely have a problem and their prices are quite a bit better. Using them for our July trip.

Not sure One Mart does charter deliveries. It seems to me more of a hybred between grocery and cash and carry. While the store is well stocked and in some cases prices a little below Riteway it is not the modern shopping experience that Riteway and Bobby's refurbed store are.

For Bobbys: how do you order. Their website seems to be out of date. Do you use the pdf form on their site?

We have always used One Mart and haven't had any problems. They have always driven us back to BVIYC with all of our groceries as well.

My mom came on the trip with us last year and she likes to record/figure out/bargain shop and last January One Mart had better prices on almost everything compared to Riteway. While we were there Riteway had better prices for fruit juices (for our rum punch) as well as alcohol. We had already purchased our alcohol from Caribbean Cellars but when she compared prices Riteway was almost 20% less than what we paid elsewhere.

Their (Bobby's) Excel spreadsheet is very user friendly. More so than the Riteway order form IMO. Just download it, fill it out and send it back.

When I down loaded PDF(Bobby's), I believe the price list was from 2011.

Is the Excel list up to date?

The excel list shows it was last updated in 2014 but we provisioned there in January last year and there was no discrepancy in price. Because of delays they actually delivered to the boat before we arrived and had all refrigerated items in a cooler, with the help of our charter co., when we got there. Order was spot on.

Yep, the prices at Rite Way have gone up significantly in the past few months on a lot of items and One Mart is way more affordable.

A recent example that people were laughing about was the $10 for a head of cauliflower that Rite Way was charging. Rite Way placed the blame firmly on the cauliflower crises (who knew?) and said they were expensive everywhere. Which was true but the 'expensive' cauliflowers at One Mart were still less than $5...

Rite Way is a last resort now for a lot of us residents.

Thanks everyone! Good info. Our charter base is very very near One Way so I think we will walk there for the things we need to pick out personally....and by the end of tonight will figure out who is delivering to the boat.
