PAWS BVI Animal Rescue - 04/05/2018 10:02 PM

Posting this for a very worthy organization on Tortola:
If anyone is traveling to Miami/Ft. Lauderdale from the BVI or St. Thomas & would be willing to escort a puppy, please get in touch with PAW BVI (pawbvi@gmail.com). All costs will be covered & PAW BVI will sort out all the required paperwork. The puppy will fly in the cabin with you, so you will have a travel buddy! Someone will meet you at the airport ro collect the puppy. Thank you.

Sounds like it may not work but I would contact PAWS directly with that question. Thank you for inquiring.

Ahoy, Called Jet Blue and they said no because Cape Air has restrictions. Called Cape Air and the restriction is only one Animal per flight. Confirmed the Puppy would be the only Animal (not including me on a Bad Day), so Cape Air only needs Weight and Paperwork. I will get the Paperwork and forward it to Cape Air and Jet Blue.

Ahoy, Yes, communicating with Tash from PAW BVI and picking up Paperwork on Monday. I will double check with Cape Air, Jet Blue, CDC from Dept. of HHS, I'll make sure I have the Pet Passport, Rabies and Immunization documentation, and then contact info and a Picture of the Adopting Family. Any other advice sincerely appreciated.
