BVI Itinerary - 02/02/2019 04:08 PM

Hi all, I have benn lurking on here for a while and Love all of the useful info.
We are chartering sunsail monohull the end of march for 6 days. we leave the harbor on a Tuesday and return on the following Sunday.
I was wondering if there are certain days of the week that are busier in different harbors?

Maybe start with what you want to see and then go from there...I develop a trip "plan" based upon what the crew wants to see and build around that. Out of habit I typically take a clockwise route which probably puts me in the minority. "Plan" is in quotes because you need account for weather etc. and I have never had an actual "plan" follow the intended "plan"

As an example I am going in 2 weeks and will avoid Trellis Bay on the night of the full moon party. We will be in Anegada instead

Are you going to try and get to Anegada?

Trellis Full Moon party is a blast - I would go to that!

We will be going to Anegada. We are flexible on our route. Just wondering if there is a path to avoid congestion.

We usually go from Leverick up to Anegada. I would build around the weather for that day and then that morning get on boatyball at 7am that morning and reserve a mooring or plan to anchor.

Just go out early to get up there

Full moon party is a blast and have done a couple of times so now try and use that day to avoid crowds elsewhere.

Full moon is the 20th? Will there be full moon parties that weekend, or only on that Wednesday?

Don’t mean to hijack the thread, but I’m also headed there at the end of March—22-30th.
