Arriving by private boat - 02/07/2022 06:55 PM

Hi, what are the current requirements if arriving by private vessel. It's a Canadain boat, all occupants Canadian passports, double vaxxed and boosted. Will have emed rapid test available to use.
Would be arriving from Bahamas.
Thanks

I think it's mostly done thru sailclear.com

Thanks, I checked out the website, that should be fine. The issue is it'll be up to 7 days sailing time so the tests done in Bahamas will be stale dated. Thinking we pull into West End, do the tests there on arrival?

Will also need to get tested for 2 of the crew to return to STT for a flight to NA. The others are staying on as a the boat is now their home.

We had similar issue coming from Annapolis in October. We tested (one our own) the day before leaving Annapolis. George Romney (BVI Health Minister) was contacted by email. Eventually, using some island assistance from our Charter Company, we were directed to report to West End. At that time testing on arrival was required and that is what was required of us. I don't think the West End people were aware we had emailed Mr Romney.
