Which user had the NHRA flag as his/her ttol

Does anyone know which user had the NHRA flag as his/her ttol profile pic…I am trying to recall (and reread) something I posted about in mid-2000s.

I’ve scored a zero on unique search terms too - Willy T, speeding, dinghy, rib…If i can search the posts of the nhra guy/gal i can get there in two hops I think.
