It seems Google has a Jet Blue booking option (cheaper by several hundred dollars than Cape Air) We are using points to get to SJU but we are confused if there is a plus or minus for are SJU island hopper to book with Jet Blue or Cape Air ? I know now they have a interline agreement, but do our tickets have less cache if bought on google with Jet Blue v.s. on Google Cape Air site for $300 more?
