Private vessel...Travel to BVI and return to USVI. Guidelines

Looking for some guidance regarding travel to BVI and then back to USVI in a private vessel.

Going to BVI... vaccinated passengers. private vessel. single test on arrival to BVI. free to move about. (i think part is a nonissue, looking more so for advice on return to USVI by sea/port)

Returning to USVI... test required to return? do they have testing center in BVI? can we use an online type telemedicine testing service? use USVI travel portal? report to Customs and Immigration on arrival, charlotte amalie? can we use ROAM app? what if it is a short trip to BVI and still within 5 day travel window from test to get into USVI. example... test 10/18/21, arrival USVI 10/19/2021, go to BVI 10/20-21/2021, return to USVI 10/22/2021/. still within 5 days.

so many questions.

There are some other threads on this - but it does not appear that BVI is currently letting non-BVI private vessels to enter the territory.
