Masks mandatory on French side Since Monday, July 20, decree n° 202-884 of July 17, 2020, makes it compulsory to wear a mask in enclosed public places for people from age 11. See the list of affected locations below. The wearing of a mask within companies and administrations concerns customers or users. Health standards and restrictive measures already govern life in companies for employees since the release of confinement. All of these measures (teleworking, social distancing, wearing a mask, etc.) are listed in the national deconfinement protocol for companies. If you are responsible for an establishment open to the public, you can download the poster "wearing a mask required" in the communication kit posted on the Prefecture website: http://www.saint-barth-saint-martin...-obligatoire-dans-les-lieux-publics-closThis new measure comes in addition to the application of absolutely necessary barrier gestures.
