Looking forward to following along. If your schedule permits, take a ferry from Milazzo in the north out to the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Lipari and more). I briefly landed on Vulcano last year and pulled into the fuel dock at Lipari but didn't go ashore. Lipari looked beautiful and very upmarket whereas Vulcano was very basic but with a live Volcano to add some interest! Have fun.

Pull up a chair in the shade and grab a piece of fruit.
Today we are in Modica on the south side of Sicily.
We experience something I had no idea that Sicily was known for... Chocolate!

Thank you for the recommendation of Antonio. My daughters, granddaughter and I will be in Palermo for a day in June from a cruise and I have made arrangements with Antonio for a private tour of the sights in Palermo and nearby Monreale.
