Accommodations near Rogers Park area - Chicago?

Hi All - Any suggestions for a place to stay near or around this area? Don't want to be downtown or Mag Mile area. Loyola, Andersonville area would be fine. Would prefer own space (apt or condo) vs a shared space like I've been finding on AirBnB. Thanks!
