It's also on Fox where they state that an apartment below was fumigated and it should have been tented

When we were on St. John last week our on island friends didn't have much to more to say about the poisoning. They hadn't heard of any other cases and it seemed isolated. Terminix has been identified as the culprit. St. John Solutions was mentioned as a better low-impact holistic pest control company.

Don't think they'd ever go back!
Note that this pesticide is used in US strawberry fields...another reason to eat organic.
