Google: Park, Sleep & Fly or Stay 123 Airport Hotels or Airport Hotels Guide
Put in the selected airport & dates for a variety of options.

We have never stayed at a hotel, it's about a 90 minute ride and just don't see the advantage for us, may save an hour of sleep, we had a 7:10am flight last Sunday, and just left around 4:15am, parked in long term and took the AirTran to the terminal, it's 18.00 per 24 hour period, charged in 8 hour increments at 6.00 per hour

If your main priority is to save money, why not just take the train to the plane. No hotel, no parking required.
Also, peace of mind that my car is safe in my garage.
We do it every trip from Long Island, but Norwalk is do-able too

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on a stay, park and fly several times. The hotel is adequate and it is very convenient to use. The parking lot is right next door to the hotel. We have reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn this year for our trip to Mexico. I've heard good things about the HGI also. The cost is about $260 for the room and 7 days parking. We live about 2.5 hours from JFK and it is very nice to start off vacation the night before in NYC. It takes all the pressure off of me in the morning since I don't have to drive through ANY traffic. It's all up to the shuttle driver
