Sorry to bump this post up but I remembered it. I can confirm that there is new wood-fired pizza option. It is in Grand Case right at the intersection going to Marigot (a shop or two down from the bakery) there is a new place named Aglio E Olio. I had a carry-out pie made up....pizzas run 12-14 Euro (not one to one) and are cut into four large slices. It was really good....a little smaller but much tastier than Le Quinze (not wood-fired) which is at the extreme other end of town.
I was talking to the chief about where he gets his firewood and apparently it is quite pricey and has to be imported from South America.
