I believe the Maho market is open till at least 11:00 at night but it would be tough to get there with a late arrival.

I don't know about Fasion Cafe but we always enjoy breakfast at Tortuga, at Royal Islander and more or less behind the Boat Bar, along with breakfast at both ElZafiro on White Sands Road (l think that's the right road name) but just before the entrance to Beachside Villas. We've breakfasted at the old Sunset Beach Bar but haven't tried it since the changes. At Cupecoy we really like the Green Monkey Restaurant at the Ocean Club along with Ernst and Fidel at Porto Cupecoy.
