candu Traveler Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 720 Ottawa Canada	Rented from 5 different places on St Maarten/St Martin as well as all over Europe and never had a problem. I usually contact the owner through the contact owner button to verify. Now that we have our favourite we just book every year.
