nor do I. If done properly. what I had noticed was the freshly poured cement and the Project Information posting. for my money it should be doubled in size. it would be safer for motorists and people frequenting the nearby restaurants etc. what I will not miss from my Atrium balcony is the loud thunderous music (noise)blasting from that area into the wee hours from the previous occupant.
