Two places that I know of where you could pay for the mooring fee by credit card: Cooper Island, where you can ask the person collecting the mooring fee to add it to your dinner tab, assuming you will be eating ashore at Cooper and at Soper's Hole where you can go into the marina office and pay for your mooring by credit card. Soper's will add $1.00 to cover cc fees.
