Okay then, so the guy drinking the beer and standing on the barrier was a jerk and that's his right. As stated earlier, you just can't fix stupid....... My sympathy would have been with the guy driving the car and doing everything right.....can you just imagine how terrible he would have felt if the jerk had been hurt.
