Sideways the photo is okay but straight up and down is even prettier! I said before we left home the one thing I definitely was NOT doing was the island helicopter tours. Turned out it was awesome! (After the first ten minutes of adjustment, that is.....)
This is a view of the Sacred Falls - breath-taking when seen up close and personal through the windshield of the 'copter. It's in a remote valley of Oaho, well off the beaten path and only accessible by a major serious hike, hang-glider flight or helicopter ride. Needless to say, we opted for the helo. I was a little nervous as the pilot flew us into the canyon but it was gorgeous so we were very happy in the end we did this activity.
