When we were on the island in mid April, the Alegria appeared to be a ghost town each evening we were there. We were at the Dunes a couple of evenings and I spoke to one person staying there who said it was actually a little spooky because there were so few guests and they were NOT pleased with the property over all. But that was just one guests opinion.
