We are Canadian,,age 60 and 49,,,first trip to SXM was in 2005,,stayed at the Old C..in a one bedroom condo. REnted a car,,,travelled a bit....been trying to go every other year since....only missed one....loved the island and the fact that we are not all inclusive people,,,like to stay in a condo somewhere. Usually travel in January or February to get out of the cold for a week.
