If the airlines would actually enforce the rules they already have in place regarding carry-ones, I would be a happy traveler. As another has already said, I'm tired of being constantly bumped and nudged by those carrying huge and multiple bags making them unable to see, and often to care, about the fellow passengers they're hitting.
