How very sad for all concerned. We've been at the Towers in the past when something like this happened involving both Liat and KLM and it was awful.

On one hand we felt very sad for the people stranded but at the same time, we saw the way many of them treated the Towers staff, all of whom were doing their very best but had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PASSENGERS PLIGHT, and the behavior of too many was appalling.
