That sounds wonderful. I don't understand one part though. In the ingredientslisting it calls for Scotch Bonnett Pepper, finely chopped and then the final instruction is to discard the Scotch bonnett before serving. So...should the scotch bonnett be left whole for seasoning, like a bay leave, and then discarded or should the discard the scotch bonnett instruction be ignored.
