BaardJ Traveler Joined: May 2004 Posts: 633	First clear out of the BVI, then clear in USVI - Cruz Bay, St John is closest. A quick internet search yielded this guide to USVI fishing regs. Generally much less restrictive than BVI. http://www.vinow.com/general_usvi/fishing-guide/regulations/
