Minys,
Not to sell any other place short, but if I was doing a special breakfast and knowing where you're staying, I'd beat feet over to the Yacht Club - I can never remember if it's St. Maarten or Simpson Bay Yacht Club and I'm thinking it's the latter, right beyond the bridge on the left. Parking can be problematic but the breakfast fare is excellent. We particularly enjoy the Eggs Benedict there, and you can start the meal with Bloody Mary's (that are rumored to be about the best around) or Mimosas and just eat your heart out over the yachts passing before your very eyes.
So many great choices and I think over the years we've done probably 90% of the ones mentioned here and while so many are great, the boats and the libations at the Yacht Club make it without equal in my book. And it doesn't hurt that the food is quite enjoyable, too.....
And if that doesn't do it for you, my plan 2 would be Paradise View but it's a bit of a drive and they're closed Tuesdays I believe. The views are breathtaking and the crepes are delicious along with everything else on their menu.. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
Respectfully,
