Regarding the blue parking discs for Marigot, my understanding is that you don't need the disc, except in the immediate downtown by the ferry dock and the areas you need it are marked by blue lines. Is that the case, as we haven't been to that area for a while. I wonder if any of the car guys have the discs? I haven't heard anything about them for a while.
