My computer also shows dates through almost the end of October and like so many others, I'm also waiting for the next batch of ticketing dates to be listed.

But in the meantime, every time I have an issue like this, and I often do with the JB website, I call them and they first tell me to log all the way out and dump my cookies. And then log in from square one. When that doesn't work - and it usually doesn't - they tell me to hold on and eventually they transfer me to someone else who tells me it's probably my operating system and then they book whatever I want.

They don't charge for it so you have nothing to lose.
