Found a new company that does not allow for accrued vacation, it is called vacation at will. My old CO said you get X amount per year, and you can TOWP the rest (Time Off Without Pay). My new CO says, negotiate VACA, and go!

I have to go fishing in the Bahamas next week, and will be spending 3 weeks in the BVI around the 4th of July.

Life changes....sorry for so much work stuff, coming back!
