Having sailed with the Moorings many times for over 30 years in many different locations in the Caribbean, I feel very badly about your experience. Perhaps I, like others who have commented, am not shy about going to the desk and asking frequently about our status. But I could share countless stories about unbelievable and heartwarming service provided by the Moorings staff while we were out on the water many miles from base that would make you think I am being paid by or work for the Moorings (Neither!) It is those real experiences that keep me going back to the Moorings. I am sure that the other charter companies mentioned in other posts offer the same level of service, but I am a creature of habit and go with what I trust. Plus, I love being warmly greeted by my first name each time I return, especially at the restaurant!
