Calm waters on Orient today down by [color:"green"]
Andy & Cheryl’s. Little breeze and lots of clouds but still managed to get some sun. I had my favorite dish, Margarita Buffalo shrimp over salad with garlic toast. Amazing dish with huge shrimp; $19.
Our friend Dave Morris was playing from 3 – 6 pm at [color:"green"]
Dinghy Dock so went to hear him play around 4:30 PM. He plays old time rock and some original music. Excellent musician who also does his own original music but this gig he played Jimi Hendrix, Tom Petty, etc. Old school good stuff. Dinghy Dock was crowded; we met the new owners Rick and Vinnie who took over in April. Very nice couple. We ate their famous ribs (just as good as always) which came with both salad and baked beans on plate. Very nice portion of ribs. Baked beans are a new “side” dish to the dinner. Also split a hamburger with fries. Burger was $10, I think rib dinner was $14?
For comparison; shot of Patron silver was $5 at Dinghy Dock, $8 at Toppers and $10 at Red Piano. Paradise Bungalow is filled, “Cybershark” is in one unit and JoyandRay in another. Also met another TTOLer Rick who recognized me. I may have to start posting photos of someone else in my avatar. LOL
