They don't really have any "lovingly used" cars, unfortunately. And they do inspect the cars. On my visit last fall, there were some scratches on the rear bumper that hadn't been noted on the rental form. If I put them there, I have NO IDEA how they got there. At any rate, Diana said that they would have to get a quote on getting them fixed. I followed up a couple of days later, and Diana said Jimmy (owner) said to not worry about it.
