Gary, thanks. That letter that Dave wrote is spot on. Our forecasters in the US aren't mentioning the Caribbean except in passing, or related to Puerto Rico. If Puerto Rico takes a hit...they won't recover economically. Already bankrupt. No electricity for MONTHS if it goes out.
