Mmm, beach plums. I'd think a recipe for any stone fruit pie would work http://www.visionsofsugarplum.com/2009/08/stone-fruit-pie.htmlThis one looks good, you could mix it up or if you bag enough beach plums just use those. I'd be curious to know how it turns out....
