I dated Matt Robinson QB for the New York Jets in 1977.
Seems like another lifetime for me.
We met at a beauty contest, he was a judge and my friend was a contestant. I was sitting right behind him. My friend lost the pageant and I went out to dinner with Matt and his friends. He lived in Long Beach and I was responsible for making him late for practice. Was not a good year for the Jets.
