I'm always wondering how I can get money directly to those in need. Donations to many national organizations may not get any money where you want it to go. A "You Caring" web site has been set up for donations to go directly to CYOA staff who are struggling to survive after St. Thomas was ravaged by two CAT-5 hurricanes in two weeks.
