BarleyMan OP Traveler Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 374 San Diego	Thanks, I can stand down. I have been contacting my congressman all week about the lift, but didn't know if it applied to USVI. I see now they are in their own Customs Zone and it doesn't apply. Things really look desperate on PR.
