We read the fine print, and found that either the lessor or the lessee could end the contract. We sent a letter to the lessor invoking that specific section of the contract stating we were revoking the contract immediately. We were paid (MF) for the year. We had received notification of doubled fees, MF and special assessments for the next year, so we got out in the year we paid for.
