I think they’re usually sent out mid November, since we often pay them at the end of our November trip, but as I recall, they didn’t even send them last year. You had to call and ask for them or pay them upon your arrival before you could occupy your weeks/rooms.

I’m curious as to how they’re going to handle them since many of us won’t be able to use all our weeks given the closures and the questionable reopening dates, and then all the people trying to rebook lost weeks.
