First of all, if the weather in your neighborhood is anything like we’re experiencing, this would be a great morning to roll over and go back to sleep.

But again, I really want to emphasize I’m speculating here based on all the old rumors i’ve Heard over the last few years, and I have no firsthand knowledge regarding this property. The way things are going, what always was a fairly quiet corner of the island stands to become a lot quieter yet with the loss of the Summit, the unknown status of Ocean Club, the Med school being temporarily shut down, Starz in the state it’s in not to mention the damage to the Cliff, the Towers, the Cupecoy Beach Club, Rainbow and Sapphire. Sounds like Jordan Village properties are one of the last entities standing......or are they? I haven’t heard much about that area except that a few of the restaurants were reopening - Fat Tony’s, the Spaghetti House and Barcode just for starters.
