I think the lack of commitment is more on the passenger side. UAL has a large number of passengers demanding full refunds for non refundable tickets on flights they intended to operate well into the spring. If they refuse to refund the tickets they are a terrible airline. If they refund the tickets but cancel flights that will now be way underbooked they are a terrible airline. When the commitment from the tourists to return becomes a reality the flights will come back quickly. G
