The South Sound Villa will be demolished to the existing lowest floor which is concrete and rebuilt totally with concrete. It will also be much larger and a 7th bedroom will be added along with 8 bathrooms/showers. I might add that the hurricane ripped the tiles off the pool deck. The only things useful in the villa is the pool, pool pump room, washing machine and dryer.
