I want to know if the ferry to/from JVD by New Horizon is back up and running with their regular schedule and from West End. It says so on their website but I heard the ferry terminal is completely gone from West End/Sopers Hole. Are they operating somewhere else on Tortola? http://newhorizonferry.com/#ferry_schedule
