As Lesley stated they have a lot to do, stopped by there last week as we too are owners there, they are still waiting for insurance adjusters and insurance money to begin major renovations. However there are piles of sheet rock and building material in the lobby and the staff are hard at work clearing debris and cleaning what they can. Building one is least damaged and that is their first priority, they are hoping for March but that might be optimistic. Keep trying the phone numbers and the reservation email, they are there but communication has never been their strong suit. Might be a good idea to have a plan B.
