What a great response from what is obviously a very well run property. It's got to be reassuring to everyone to see this and to be given a clear explanation of exactly what's going on and what they're dealing with. Sometimes, no news is good news because, if nothing else, it's a sign that you're being taken into consideration even if there is nothing positive to relate.

I have no persponal relationship or involvement with Club O, but if I did, I'd be very pleased with their responsive attitude.
