As you have mentioned that you like playing in the sunshine, please do not rent accommodation on the west coast as September has loads of convection <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cloud.gif" alt="" /> and it usually rains heavy on that side of our island around that time.
