It's been a major issue for decades. Inept government tells us to close our windows and doors. Pfffffffft
Very unhealthy situation! Maybe the cruise ships will stop coming once it starts to affect their passengers and then where will the SXM govt. get "extra money"? Total idiots! So sorry for those of you who live there and have to breathe that crap. SXM really needs a wake up call.
