Just guessing but I would think that the concern of these certain owners, not paying dues or insurance premiums, has been known for years. I am sure that there was some legal steps that could/should have been taken years ago to rectify the situation. For whatever reason those steps were not taken.......now the [censored] has hit the fan and items that should have been settled years earlier MUST be settled now. Sometimes sticking your head in the sand (even on Orient Beach) has sad consequences.
